Community Information Table Request Form

Fill out this form to request to host a Community Information Table at the Port Moody Public Library.

Booking guidelines:

  • Requests must be made at least two weeks in advance.
  • The community information table can be booked Monday to Saturday, between 10am and 4pm.
  • Due to limited space and availability, the Library will host a maximum of one community information table per week. Your preferred date may not be available.

Organization members staffing the Community Information Table must comply with the Library's Code of Conduct.

Please confirm that you have read and agree to follow the Library's Code of Conduct.
 

Your organization must agree to follow the Community Information Table Guidelines. Please confirm that you have read and agree with the following guidelines:

Organization staff must prominently display signage with the name of the organization.
 
Organization staff must wear identification indicating the name of the organization.
 
Organization staff must not engage in fundraising or political campaigning.
 

All display and promotional materials are subject to the Library's Community Information Policy.

Materials cannot be displayed or distributed if they are:

  • Advertising fundraising or the sale of items.
  • Donation boxes, ballot boxes, or petitions.
  • Religious, partisan, or political materials.
  • Materials that contravene the British Columbia Human Rights Code, the Charter of Rights, the Criminal Code of Canada, or municipal bylaws.

Display and promotional materials should be made available in English. Additional languages may also be used.

Please confirm that your organization's display or promotional materials comply with the Library's Community Information policy.
