White Pines Collection Submission Form

Apply to have your book added to the White Pines Local Author Collection at the Port Moody Public Library. Learn more about the White Pines Local Author program.

If you have multiple books to submit, fill out one application form for each book.
- Authors can submit no more than three books per calendar year.
If we accept a book into the collection, we will purchase one copy of your book through our vendor. Please do not bring a copy of your book to the Library.

Where can we purchase a copy of your book? If the only way to purchase a copy is directly from you, you must consent to the Port Moody Public Library sharing your contact information with our vendor in order to purchase a copy of your book.

Author currently resides in Port Moody, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Anmore, Belcarra, or Burnaby.

Book is professionally printed and bound to withstand the rigours of circulation (loose papers, stapled, binder, duo tang, and screw and post bindings will NOT be accepted).

Submitter is the legal rights holder of the book being submitted (text or image) and the book’s content does not contravene Canadian legislation.

Author agrees that we will purchase one copy of their book through our vendor. Do not bring a physical copy of your book to the Library when submitting this application.
