eReader Request Form

Fill out this form to request to borrow an eReader kit from the Port Moody Public Library.

To borrow eBooks from our Library, you must have a Port Moody Public Library card that has a card number beginning with "31006". Linked library cards from other library systems will not work with eBooks, even if you have registered with our Library and are able to borrow physical books. If you have a linked card, please visit our Accounts desk to obtain a Port Moody card.

Staff will contact you to let you know once an eReader is available for pickup. Would you prefer to be contacted by phone or email?

When would you like to borrow the eReader?

We have two types of Kobo eReaders: colour or black & white. The colour eReader may be ideal if you are interested in reading graphic novels or illustrated eBooks.

Note: We have fewer colour eReaders, so the wait time may be longer.

Do you have a preference for the type of eReader?

Staff can borrow and pre-load the eReader for you with five books based on your reading preferences, or we can set up the eReader so you can borrow and download Library eBooks on your own.

What would you prefer?
